1. DETERMINATION.
What is the meaning of determination, if you get the mean of this word, you will be amazed. It is a burning desire to give your best.
Determination means that the decipline towards your work . The decipline leads you to your final destination.
If you determined to value and respect the time, this will become a ladder of your success. If you don't get affected with failure or success in a very extensive way, if you have balanced approach towards both the success and failure.
Then you can say yourself as a determined person towards his/her work.
2. INITIATIVE.
An entrepreneur should have the courage to take initiative. You must have some planning about the things that are to be done.
A well plan for anything leads the planner towards your gaol. Along with a plan or roadmap you should have a team of atleast 3 to 4 people in early phases of buisness.
And the most important thing is that don't have such people or members in your team who are extensively money minded only. Because these people don't care about your and their goal.
And most importantly you have to be very kind and helpful to everyone in your team, this initiative should be taken by you ASAP.
3. RISK TAKING.
रिस्क है तो इश्क है, This proverb you must have heard somewhere in your life. In buisnesses there should be a risk factor which you must implement .
The risk can lead you towards the success If everything gone according to the plan but at the same time it can be hazardous for you and your business or start ups.
So it is suggested that the risk should be taken that mus be calculated. You will have to have always positive mindset about the risk that you have taken.
And by canculated risk i mean the amount of time/money/hard work that you put , if that is all gone in vain , you and your dreams that should not be affected in a very bad way.
And if all the risks that you taken , gone good for you, then your ishq (start up/buisness) flourishes.
4. DECISION MAKING.
An entrepreneur should be a very good at decision making. The decision of yours is gonna be the bricks of your building of buisness.
Your today's decision will have a great impact on your start ups. It is suggested that don't take any decision on the basis of any emotion.
To decide anything take the suggestion from your colleagues,if that is suitable then go for it. Because the decision taken under pressure always ruins all. So be a good decider.
5. CREATIVITY.
TO start a start up / buisness, it is not necessary that your product or service should always be unique. Because there are a lot of things that you are wanting to start with,is already being used for buisnesses.
So to get good results you will have to be lillte creative regarding your product or service. Because if the business or start up idea is same for many of the businessmen, although they are in those fields and growing by applying some creative minds.
6. PROFESSIONALISM.
BY being a professional person you can handle all the situation evenly in tough and pleasent conditions of your buisness.
If there is any kind of dispute among you and your partners, you will have to resolve it . If the employ of yours is not being productive , request them to do so , if although they are not doing according to the plan, then you should tell them to leave peacefully.
And search for the right one. Hire only those people who are genuinely interested to work with you. Never try to demolish your relation with your rivals. Always keep a smily 😊On your face .. and many more things that a professional person should do ...
