5 do's in morning

 Hi guys this is" grow your know", and today we will be discussing about the morning routine. 

We as a human being are always looking for the comfort. But it is said that success doesn't knock their door who are always in their comfort zone. Yes it is difficult to awake in early morning but it is not tough .

 It's all about our mentality. If we can handle this kind of mentality by just pushing us out of this comfort zone we can harness a very successful an pieceful life. 

And believe me guys this will help you to be an extraordinary person in your life. So first of all we have to rise from our bed.

.it would be seeming hard and tough for the very first time, but on the regular basis for two to three days if you do it, it will be no longer hard. 

So here are the 5 do's first of all. 

1 . Alarm  yourself in early morning  

 By alarming I mean to say, something very energetic that can make you leave your bed. It could be anything like setting an alarm in your clock or phone or it can be your pets sound.😅

2. Basic meditation

A lot of study claims that in morning just 10 to 15 minutes of basic meditation really enhance your performance through out the day in a very efficient way. And you just need to sit in a very straight position and just closing your eyes and imagine that the pulses from your heart 💓 are travelling through out your body. Do it for 10 to 15 minutes a day ,you will find a magical changes in your life. 

3. Walking and stretching  

After having some meditation you should have to walk around  💯 to 150 steps. It can be done in any open space like your terrace in garden anywhere. While walking you can stretch your hands and legs in different directions, it helps the blood to flow through the intricate arteries/vanes and also increase the oxygen flow through your brain. More oxygen in your brain 🧠 causes more information retaining capacity.

4. Reading books

A good book 📚 can change your thinking capacity and the whole life. I m not saying to read the whole book in a day , but it can be 3 to 4  pages in a day. Many of the billionaires are still having a routine of book reading in their daily life. That make sense that how precious the book reading is for everyone.
